Hm with all this talk about wiring I might just forgo the process and go with cp flight ICS option.
Nothing like plug and play.

"You pays your money and takes your choice", at the time I built the EFIS units nobody had a product with full functionality. Also, the cost of the CP flight units are approaching 2000 Euro inc tax and delivery. I built my EFIS units (with full functionality) and added a second hand OC MCP for circa 600 Euro. Doubtless, CP flight is better, but to the tune of 1400 euros?
For many the "fun" is in the challenge and reward of building rather than the immediacy and ease of long pockets

I am beginning to look at the Input output board produced by cp flight for use with the flyengravity MCP. I have a cp flight MCP, EFIS pro and com radio. I am extremely impressed on how well built the product is. Wiring could bring some considerable cost savings
