hi Mavrik,
just douwload the dxf file. You cane find it here "my cockpit/downloads/panel bitmaps and drauwings/trottle quadrant/b737shield"
What are you making your shell and what did you do to enlarge the drawings to full scale? What are you using as stringers for the ribs?
Use two 12mm (+/- 1/2inch) thickness wooden MDF plates. One, for all the frames beneath the windows and one, for the frames above the windows. For example I take 1st body station. Draw on the plats squares 10 cm by 10 cm (10cm = +/- 3.93 inches) (see shield 0050web.jpg). These are the yellow squares on the cad drawing (see picture autocad shield 1) Too keep the drawing nice I just drawn One side of the squares. If, you zoom in on the drawing, you see the measurements where you have to draw the line of the frame (see autocad shield 2). The frames are 7 cm width. The stings are made of wood MDF 0.5 cm thickness and are 5cm width. For the floor panel you need 3 wooden MDF plates 12mm thickness.
You cane use the site beneath for changing the measurements from metric to feet and inches.
Good luck

Hi Mavric,
Well I’ve got alot. But everything is still in parts. I make everything by my self. First I draw it in autocad. My friend has a laser and there I can make the panels.
Now I am busy to make all the electronic behind the panels. Nav. and comm. panel works all ready. The interface with pc is from open cockpit. It works fine.
Actually, I make two cockpits one for me and one for a friend. I make the hardware and he writes the program to make communication with the pc.
Here some pics
