We're still trying to resolve this issue and would appreciate anyones help.
There is no reason that you should not be able to get to our site. IF it does happen, you can not get to our site PLEASE do the following steps and report your findings to us.
1. Try connecting through a proxy ( www.megaproxy.com )
2. Go to www.dnstuff.com and do the following
a. Under Hostname Tests do a DNS Lookup (A)
b. Under Hostname Test do a trace root 208.109.116.65

After some painstaking communications with our server provider the problem seems to have be resolved :p
The server provider, was extremely helpful and determined (as we were) to get this isssue resolved :) We thank them for their determination.

That's good news :) I haven't had any problem accessing the site in the past few days.
Just realized, I never responded to this issue, it's been fixed for quite some time..
It's hard to be "New and Improved," it's a challenge ;)
