Re: A320 FMGS B44
Hello JL,the red GPWS light is turned on when power is applied to the aircraft and ILS on the overhead is not aligned.
When you you align ILS on the mcdu, the light extinguishes.
I will ill have to double check, but how does the aircraft know the way point is part of the approach procedure? Does it have to be part of a STAR?
thanks.

Re: A320 FMGS B44
hi masterp, when flying circuits at an altitude below 3000 ft u have to switch off TERR on the overhead egpws section. the egpws logic of the 320 is pretty complex, jl explained it some time ago here, so if u climb at an altitude lower that 3000ft u have to switch off TERR if u don't want the callouts.

Re: A320 FMGS B44
Hi JL,
Please correct me if I am wrong...Do we have LED offset for DECEL at Low, Mid, High autobrake button?
In the FSUIPC offset table, I see only 1 item, and I am not sure the DECEL green light will be on at which button?
Thanks

Re: A320 FMGS B44
There is only one offset because with a little logic you can easily determine which button should have the DECEL light ON.

Re: A320 FMGS B44
Anyone have any problems with CAT III autoland? When I attempted a Sydney YSSY 16R land it didn't touch the ground but just hovered before auto disconnecting A/P.
