MAN PITCH TRIM Message

Hi,
I have the following problem the second time and don't know why and how to fix it.
After programming the MCDU and start the engines I sometimes get the Message in upper ECAM:
F/CTR DIRECT LAW
(PROT LOST)
-MAN PITCH TRIM......USE

In PFD display: USE MAN PITCH TRIM

After take off no ATHR and AP is working.
Why do I get the message and how can I fix this Problem?
