A320 tiller mechanism

Hi, my name is Jose and I've been searching for ideas or even schematics on the A320 tiller. As you can probably tell, due to my Request, I'm not the most mechanical savvy person, so some help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the tiller itself, but would like an easy, cheap method to create the mechanism for it. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.
