How i can make a motion platform ????

Hi guys


How i can make platform that can go right when the ailerons turns right, turns left when the ailerons turning left

Elevated when pull up and down when pulling down ?????


Any helps guys because really i need to start making the platform...

You can do it as we are using pneumatics. We have placed air bags on the corners of the platform and a hacked motor vehicle universal joint in rear center. We use EPIC to control the logic.

Interesting, this may be a lower cost solution to the other methods of simulating motion platforms out there.

The delimma is, how i can connect the aircraft ailerons and elevators to the hydrolics ? I am talken about connecting the sim motion and connect it to the platform which work by hydrulics !!!

Also whats the better Hydrolic pump to be used in the playform ???

The platform will be to two seats.

If someone tells me how to connect between the sim movements ( up/down/right/left, also these motions during the autopilot ON ) with the four Hydrulics pumps, then i'll do that.

Have you worked with hydraulica , you know about valves and high pressure ,
made calculation weight to force ratio s flow
again you have to read about the systems ,
I have worked with hydraulica and winches and stuff , but I find it to dangerous ina household setting

you only need one motor and 4 hydraulic actuators driven by electric valves and controled with a controller
