Boeing 777 Rudder system

Hello. Do anyone know how the rudder system is linked together in 777? with the adjustable pedals so you can move them closer or further away. I am trying to figure out how to build this, with the adjustable knob. Do anyone have any ideas or drawings?


And my outer question is about gas springs, how much tension should it be in the rudder? and how do i calculate it?

How much tension is it in this gas spring? is it possible to adjust the tension? is that the right travel length?
