PMDG NGX DOES NOT WORK WITH FSX

Need tech advise: Open Cockpit EFIS doesn't work on FSX with the PMDG 737. Please provide me with all the correct steps.
Default FSX aircraft works ok. I just don't find the way to make it work.

Could someone provide me with a step by step guide on how to get the efis to work from the beginning? The first thing the manual says is "To install IOCPServer for FSX, we must enter his site www.iocpserver.net and download the protocol from the link “IOCPServer para FSX”, once installed we must edit the file dll.xml, as indicated in his page."
These links are dead and I can not find the software. Neither do I know how to edit the ddl.xml.

Any help would be appreciated
