R22 helicopter simulator

I am new to this forum.
I am looking for some people with experience of R22 simulators, I'd like to build my own or look for (+- affordable) simulators.

What kind of information or help are you looking for? Is this for home or a commercial venture?
I don't have specific experience with the R22, but I have worked with helicopter sims.
