FS2Phidgets 5.021 trouble with LED64

I have the latest phidgets software installed as well as the 5.021 of FS2Phidgets.
I have finally figured out how to assign FS commands to digital outputs and they respond to FS
FS2Phidgets sees the board and serial number but I can't figure how to assign the individual LEDs to the digital output.
I assume there is supposed to be a list from 1-64 appearing in the listbox just below the Phidget board info, but nothing is ever in that box. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong?

I should also say that I can access the individual LEDs and control them using the Phidgets software
Also Version 5. 21 is the first version that I have been able to run without an error popping up (Exception handled)
Can anybody help me with this?
