FlexiSIGN-PRO 8.1v1

Does anyone here know anything about FlexiSIGN-PRO 8.1v1? The problem I have is when I try to put in measurements in to resize a drawing it don't resize it proprely. For instance when I type in 17 and 3/4 ins (17.750) into the scale place it draws it to 17 and 1/2 inches but 17.750 shows in the scaling box. When I try to import a drawing from autocad it also won't be to the scale that it was drawn in autocad.How can I just type in the measurements I want and for FlexiSIGN-PRO 8.1v1 to draw them to correct size?

I'm sorry Johnnyg but I am unable to assist with your software issues, maybe try shifting your post to the software forum. I am unfamiliar with "FlexSign".
