MIL-F-15173A qualified quarter-turn fasteners are made by DFCI Solutions, Inc. This is generally what people are thinking of when they refer to "DZUS" fasteners. The "D" in "DFCI" is for "Dzus", the company founder. DFCI lost the DZUS tradename which is now owned by Southco, IIRC. Note that these fasteners come in different lengths to accomodate different panel thicknesses, and require a special installation swaging tool.
