Mapping key strokes from a AP3000 Serial Port ???

Hi,

I have a AP3000 from Elite Serial Port.

It includes a GPS module, unfortunatly Elite sofware dose not allow you to assign a key stroke to each button, you can only assign a FSX function to each button. How stupid is that !!!
So basically impossible to match the GPS module buttons with any GPS module !!

So Dose anybody know how I could map the AP3000 Serial buttons. Is there any software that could reconize the AP3000 button strokes and allow me to assign a key stroke to it.

I tryied in FSUIPC but when in Joystick button or keyboard button nothing is reconize when I push one of the buttons.
