1gb or 2gb gtx285 handle a 32inch lcd?

Hi There

I'm currently in the process of building a new computer (currently flying out of a laptop)

Basically I want some advise should a 1gb card be enough or must I go for a 2gb card- I'm planning on running 1 32 inchl.
(also in terms of resolution if i buy a full hd screen will i be getting that through fsx?)

ps: I have seen some pics of cockpits where they have pfd, nd etc displays showing on a seperate monitor then the simulator view! I think that cool 8)

I would like to have that setup!!!! can any one tell me how that is accomplished too what software would I need and do i need to have more then one computer??
