737 coupler dimensions

After little success in trying to source the couplings/bearings that fit between the control columns and crossover linkage, I am exploring having these parts created. What I would like to know is the length of this part. If someone who has these in their setup could kindly measure the coupling, I would be greatful.

FYI, Hans Schuetz emailed me this information. The width of the couplings are 4,5 cm (which should be 1,7
inch)
