I'm still concerned and I'm hoping you've resolved the issue of the Elevator, Aileron, rudder axis anomaly. If you recall the following:

After calibrating AILERON_CONTROL (BB6), ELEVATOR_CONTROL (BB2), RUDDER CONTROL (BBA), the FS Value only showed a variance of LoVal of 0 to HiVal 16383 rather than -16383 to 16383. Causing the controlled surfaces only to deflect to one side.

Otherwise, sidesticks, yokes, rudders, are not usable with Phidget.

Matt,
Go into the INI file and change the LOvalue to -16383

It will work then.

Got the SideStick, and Rudders connected to Phidget. It works fantastic!!!
