Hi there,

This has probably been dealt with a number of times, but bear
with me...

PM, PMDG737/700, Flight Illusion hardware flaps indicator
gauge. When I extent the flaps incrementally, my Flight
Illusion gauge reads 1, 2, 5, 10 etc, but the flaps readout on
the PM EICAS doesn't match this. I'm not sure which is telling
me the truth, or how to make them match!

Any thoughts gratefully received.

Paul

Paul,

I posted help on this problem a few months ago. Open the B737700.txt file in

the CDU\Types folder and replace the existing flap entries with those below.

You might want to make a backup of your original file first.

flppos=0
flpset=0
vmin=202
vret=0
vext=206
vmax=350

flppos=1
flpset=1
vmin=168
vret=206
vext=166
vmax=240

flppos=7
flpset=5
vmin=158
vret=166
vext=162
vmax=220

flppos=20
flpset=15
vmin=153
vret=162
vext=159
vmax=210

flppos=27
flpset=20
vmin=147
vret=159
vext=140
vmax=195

flppos=33
flpset=25
vmin=129
vret=150
vext=138
vmax=190

flppos=38
flpset=30
vmin=127
vret=145
vext=0
vmax=162

Hope that helps.
