I think I don't understand your question.

What is going wrong is this:
Problems with pmSystems. First I see the window, then funny frizzly lines
then the pmSystems Logo shows nicely, it then fades away. Now normally the
pmSystems overhead panel would show, but instead I get a window which suggests
to send a bug-report to Microsoft:
"Faulting application pmsystems.exe, version 1.0.0.82, faulting module
atioglx1.dll, version 6.14.10.1030, fault address 0x000edfe9."

So I never see the overhead panel, the program ends.
