Hi.

I'm getting a constant sound out of pmSounds in the latest version. I
thought it might be the APU, but it stayed on with the APU off, and I have
the APU sound disabled anyway.

I switched back to the older version, and there was no sound.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi,

it's probably the avionics sound? You can turn it off or
change the volume. Check the soundslist.txt file.

Ciao

Enrico,

Same thing here. I tried disabling through the checkbox in pmSounds and in
the txt file - even tried changing the volume - no luck. The avionics sound
continues to loop.

Is the looping or hearing it the problem?

navionics, 2E80, 4, 1, CYC, 0

Sets its volume to 0.

No luck getting rid of the sound or turning its volume down using any
method.....

It is because for some reason that entry is auto-added to the soundlist.txt

file.
I believe it is actually Enrico's example line.

Open it and either delete the line
navionics, 2E80, 4, 1, CYC, 50 or mark it out like:
//navionics, 2E80, 4, 1, CYC, 50 or
change the last value 50 to zero.

Andras,

I see the line now - thanks. That did it! Greatly appreciated.
