Hi,
when I run the new version of PMSounds (10/1/06) i sometimes get

run-time error 6
overflow

error and the application closes.
It happens only sometimes.
Apart of this, it's really working good

Any advice

Thanks
Fabrizio

Hi,

any hints how I can make it happen? Particular flight phase
etc? In any case, I will observe it a bit.

Ciao

Enrico

Hi Enrico,
it simply happens after starting PMSounds and FS.
If I close PMSounds and run it again, it happens alwais. I must close FS too
and restart it to hope having it not happening anymore.
They run in the same computer.

That's the problem. You have to run them separately (from different
computers). I believe it is written somewhere in the documentation. Put the

PMSounds in another computer and ..no more crashes.

Ok, I will test it on the FS computer...but I do know that
several people are using it on the same PC as fs.

Hi,
there is written that PMSounds may not work with some sound cards if in FS

I know... it simply didn't work for some users and we
reccommended against it.

In any case, I think I fould the overflow (weird value when
running on the FS computer) and please check the D build on
www.projectmagenta.com/latest.html
