Sync CPT, FO and ISIS altimiter setting

Hello whenever the difference between the CPT and FO QNH setting is higher than 10 if I remember correctly I get an ECAM warning "ALTI DISCREPANCY".
I only have the CPT side in my cockpit so how do I sync them so I don't get this error?
Also how can I have the ISIS with the same QNH value as the CPT one, because mine is just a monitor and I have no way of changing it (a few days ago I read somewhere how do to it, maybe the manual?! but I cant find it anymore)

You can set "Link FO baro to CAPT EFIS = yes" and "Link ISIS baro to CAPT EFIS = yes" in the "Aircraft Options". Start JeeHell, search for "A320 JeeHell Ware SERVER" window and click "Aircraft Options" button.
