FSscenery.cfg correct path to P3D v3?

Hi,
I only have on my system with P3D v3.4 a scenery.cfg file in:
C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\

P3D is installed in:
E:\P3D

So is the FSscenery.cfg in E:\A320FMGS\Navdata right?

[Scenery]
scenery.cfg=C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\scenery.cfg
FSfolder= E:\P3D
