Can SIOC write Fsuipc offsets?

Can I insert a function in a Sioc code -which reads a switch with several positions- which writes in a Fsuipc offset a value representing the switch position?
I need with a VB Net program read some SIOC controlled switches and would like to do with some Fsuipc unused Offsets.

Yes you can write to a FSUIPC offset in SIOC, here some more info (http://www.lekseecon.nl/howto.html#writeFSUIPC).
