FSUIPC question

Been searching with no luck,, so I was wondering if I could copy and paste my fsuipc ini from my FS9 setup to the new FSX setup ?
Im going to start upgrading the sim from FS9 on windowsXP to FSX on windows7 64 on a new computer.

Any problems I might run into ?
