Emuteq NC165 Radio

Does anyone have any experience with the Emuteq company from England or their NC165 radio which is a King KX155 look-alike?
I cannot get any answer from any emails. Their Twitter account is 2 or 3 years old.
Any ideas?

I have two of those radios and their GPS unit running in my simulator and I can't say enough good about either the hardware or the company. I had my emails answered within a couple of days at the very most and they have always been extremely helpful.
