Sudden/random overspeed and altitude in during flight

Does anyone how to fix the sudden/random overspeed and altitude in during flight it happen mostly when the weather or clouds change. i mostly fly P3D but it happen in both sims.

my system:
FSX gold
P3D v2.3 with Cloud fix
Fsuipc registered
orbx global
orbx vertor
opus
REX 4
FSX Defualt b737
Accufeel v2

please help
