Hello. As many of you guys, buying panels finished cost allot of money + the shipping time. But i saw this ebay laser machine http://www.ebay.com/itm/40W-CO2-Laser-Engraving-Cutting-Machine-Engraver-cutter-300-200-CNC-USB-/190926824477?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c7420241d

Do you think that would work for laser cutting acryl and engraver? do you think that working space would work for most panels? like the Circut breakers on the aft overhead on 777?

Or is there any better laser cutters? i cant really go above 1400euro

I need to get a very high professional quality.

For 1400 EURO you will buy a really Crappy laser ... My advice with that money buy the panels and spare the learning curve... You will invest more time and money making a single panel!

I need flap panel and those panels for the 777 Throttle. Checked FDS 11000 CAD is too expensive.
And i don't have the drawings yet. still trying to get the drawings of the panels on the throttle

Those panels that are screwed on the throttle

My gues is those panels where the cutoff switches, i think the panel is around 1cm or 6mm thick, and the flap lever and all other panels is 3mm thick

Actually they are 5mm THick the expensive part of making those panels is the bending of them! That is what makes the process a bit more expensive! Plus I will need the throttle Curve measurements in order to make them that way butit can be done.

Send me an email on the throttletek website

If you are immediately replaced with a new burnt, indicating that the transmitter internal short circuit or damage, don't hesitate to open the case and conduct a comprehensive inspection and repair. If it is a problem with the machine itself, you can change a quartz tuner Rong same frequency.
