Hi
yes I found a small Autocad addon which allows you to draw gears and adjust the shape, no of teeth, diametr etc. I arranged it to suit my smallest cnc milling cutter to get on between the teeth

Hi
you can download it from this link.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fczkfw5loa22zw5/truegear.zip

Unzip it and read the file "truegear.txt"
Credit for this addon is

You can create your gear then use the "Scale" command to size it to whatever size you want.

Thank You.

I read to README. I still have a small request for giving parameters so that my new gear fits to your.

Hi Sebastian

Use the APPLOAD command from Autocad and point it to the "truegear.lsp"
file. Type "TOOTH" from Autocad to get the screen as image below, set
parameters the same, I've used a 30 tooth example. Selecting "Array all
teeth" gives a full gear. When it's drawn use the Autocad "scale" command to
scale it to whatever size you want.
