My MCP (v3) quits working every now and then . All buttons and displays go black. I have to click one of the active buttons in the simulator window and turn one of the decoders on the OC MCP to get it working again.
Since this sometimes happens every 10 seconds it's really not flyable.
Has anyone else experienced this ?

I had this before I had powered HUBs, hope it helps you.
