Hi there!

Last week I've been working on pushable annunciato for my 737NG. I have used 3D printer to make some parts. Faceplace is from simworld. All other items are self made. I could not find any ready solutions for this button as well as any shared experience. So, I would like to share my own:

First of all, project:

7772

My annunciator consist of 3 parts: case, inset and base. For inset I have used transparent filament for light conduction.

PCB:

7773

...

7774

and finally:

7775

Hope, my experience will be useful for someone :)

Hi.

Well done!!

This is a great example how to make your own parts.
When you solder the connector at the copper side you can make it even smaller.

Do you have a picture in detail of the part you have 3D printed?

Best regards

Thank you! Regarding soldering, I could not find such type of connector for SMD soldering in local store. Actually, I'm very new to electronics at all, so, I'm not sure, it's best possible solution.

Regarding 3D print, here are source parts:

7776

Each of them consist of 2 glued subparts as my 3D printer had shift on X-axis (I've solved this issue, but decided to keep theese parts). Parts on photo are not finished and painted yet.

You can use a default connector.
Sorry, your attachment doesn't work.
