Hi all,

I´m looking for Standby Instruments for a 737 Homecockpit. I know the original looking replicas for the 737NG are not available, but generic looking one are good for me as well.
First I thought to order from Flightillusion. But I´ve been told, they don´t sell Standby-Instruments in a smaller size that can be used for the 737 MIP (Diameter 40 mm, Square 57 mm), they offer only the big ones with a Diameter of 800 mm.
How is the size of the Simparts Standby Instruments, any other vendors?

Bernhard

I think you'll find the Flight Illusion gauges are in fact the correct size of 83mm for the 737 MIP, not sure where you got 800mm from. ;)

They do a set of three:
GSA-SBI (http://www.flightillusion.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=ilvm_fly_admirable.tpl&product_id=26&category_id=14&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=58)

Also Simkits do a similar set:
SIMKITS - USB Instruments (http://www.simkits.com/products.php?groupid=54)

They are not cheap but fully functional within the simulator.
Open Cockpits offer another option, but these run using SIOC.

Joe.

Oops. One Zero for free...... In fact according my plans the orignal more rectangular Instruments have a size of 83x83 mm like the outer dimensions of the FI Instruments. I have to adjust the cutouts. I think FI will be the bettter choice.

thanks
