I am posting this in the event it may help some users of Magenta that could be having various problems.
I posted a ticket with Magenta stating:Why does the screen keep going to minimised ? Is there some way to stop this ??
and I was referring to the Captains ABGC screen.
I then received a reply which I then repeated on their site forum for others to see and hopefully be informative to their needs:
"This is an issue of windows and Grafik card drivers.
To Protect your set up once OK, we recommended to
WRITE PROTECT
the *.ini and the *.set file of the ABGC
BUT REMEMBER THAT - NO CHANGES ARE SAVED AND THERE IS NO WARNING
Regards,"
I was then sent am email:
" It is not the right way to publish without authorization internal communication to the public.
Close this ticket and remove the thread.
We will publish a complete tutorial for system integrators soon....

The Forum item that I posted was deleted ,for whatever reason, I am unable to fathom.
I have put this here that others can make their own evaluation of what I consider rather strange events.
