Fs2phidgets 4.3.65 Flaps Handle

Hi,

I would like to set up my flaps using fs2phidgets 4.3.65,
I get a phi value ranging from 62 to 682 but never a Fsvalue.
I configure the flaps in fs2phidgets but can nowhere set the detent notches.
After configuring,the flaps do not work in FSX.
