Hi,
Number 1) You could build that yourself quite easily with a bodnar card, some switcthes, and print out the panel.
Number 2) Again, build it yourself, shouldnt be too difficult,
Number 3) These pop up every now and then on ebay, I know because I bought one for £10.
Number 4) And again, easily home built. A graphic which is backlit..

4) Like Allan said, maybe laser print onto acetate film and backlight from some sort of box with led connected to a toggle on your panel which you are building as you have pictured (no.1)

-PSU Passenger Service Unit from American Airlines -
Exactly what you wanted :wink:
The guy I bought it from was well annoyed, I was the only bidder and when I won it for next to nothing he tried to tell me that it would cost more to post to make up for the low price it went for. A few heated emails back and forth, and he finally agreed to post it at the price I won it.
