View Full Version : What LEDs for 737 overhead

I'm hoping to add LEDs to a 737NG overhead in a similar way to the inspiring postings by Capetonian back in 2009 in www.mycockpit.org/forums/showthread.php/18184

No expensive lamp or annunciator housings at this stage, just LEDs poking through small holes in the overhead like Captonian's early prototypes.

Since I can't therefore use the colour of the housing to give the indicator its colour, I need to fit LEDs of the right colour for each application. Can anyone refer me to a list of colours for the various illuminated indicators on the 737NG overhead?

And can you recommend a UK supplier of suitable LEDs at a reasonable price? I will be using them with the Pokeys board.

Many thanks for any advice.

Hello Bryn,
take StrawHat LEDīs with 120° for the annunciators. I have buy this for ca. 6Euros/50 Pieces.
On my Homepage you can found a drawing with the color (Register Overhead).
The Valve Indicators (Blue) i have blue Plastic caps with white LEDīs.
