Hi, How did you pay?
If it was with Paypal then you will be able to do a charge back.
Allan.

I just received my Bodnar board yesterday. I live in California and it only took 5 days from the time I paid for it to arrive at my residence. Leo is real good at sending merchandise out, I did notice however just before I ordered he was out of stock (temporarily) of the BX036x board. I can't understand why you're having trouble getting a reply..

I ordered a board and several components from him last month and payed via paypal. Service was prompt and I received my order the following week. I believe he's active on a couple of the sim forums, you may want to look for him that way as well.

8 days from time of order to receiving my board and a few other bits and pieces. I live in western Canada and thought that was pretty fast. I think the mail service is most likely the cause of any delay and not Leo himself. I'm not trying to justify you not getting what you paid for or no replies to your email. Just wanted to add to the list of satisfied customers.

Funny how he can be "active" on sim forums but unable to answer e-mails???

Come on guys! The guy was/is asking for help contacting Leo Bodnar. NOT asking for your lovely little success stories!!!!

I hate to see a thread like this.... it goes no where except cause bad feelings. We're reading one side of the story and not seeing the whole picture, hard to make judgement. I can give you all sorts of scenarios of what may be happening here and that's why I normally would not allow this type of thread.

As I've stated here before, if you have a problem with a vendor.... I believe it's appropriate to post it here, and if the vendor or representatives feels comfortable in responding, that would be OK. Otherwise, it's the end of the story.

I'm closing this thread.

I too am sick of the 'why doesn't Leo reply to email / wheres my product' style threads.....

Leo is an excellent vendor that delivers very quickly and promptly. He sell's a world class product that everyone wants with continuous demand, as a result of this the orders are high, every now and again there maybe a hitch or a problem. But, in relation to the amount of boards shipped compared to these 'minor' hitches, you will find that he delivers every time through out the world and in good time. The percentage of minor hitches is dismal and there can be a million reasons for delays! Its mainly called a 'postal service' and postal services encounter problems from time to time too. This simply is not a reflection on Leo but a postal service, because I am pretty certain that if Leo gets an order, he will deliver at his nearest convenience, and if he is out of stock, then, I am sure you will be informed of it promptly.
