Hi everyone,

Im on this forum for about 4 months now but had not introduced myself yet.
I want to build a complete 737NG. So now my first goal is to complete the MIP with panels, knobs and switches. At this moment the MIP stand is ready with the Autobrakepanel. Next month i will try to make the Annuciators and the Sixpack myself. Hope that will work! I also need a 19'' wide screen for the F/O side, so there is still a lot of work to do:cool:
I use the Prosim software witch is very good software and compatible with my CPFlight MIP737 board. As a member of the Dutchvacc (www.dutchvacc.nl) i always make my flights online on the VATSIM network with high qualitiy ATC service.

Here are some pics of my sim from the start till now.

Thanks for the compliments. That can give me a boost while building:D

Does anyone knows a good tutorial to make a 737 Gear Handle?

Hello Corne, welcome to the land of madness lol.. I've made my own Throttles that work pretty well and didnt cost an arm and a leg. Vist Juan Cordon's site at http://users.skynet.be/jcordon/cockpit/TRTLGal.htm for the tutorial on making your own. Takes a bit of time and for heavens sake buy some decent pots and save yourself a lot of trouble. My own version doesnt have anything fancy like motorised throttles, but it does the job really well and cost me about GBP100 in parts to put together. Please let me know if you get stuck with anything and I'll try to help out. My annunciators were made using his tutorial as well and dont forget to visit Ian at http://www.737ng.co.uk/ for some really in depth help... Good look Harry

Hi Harry,

That throttle looks very interesting! Thanks for the info but i was asking for a gear handle:)

The first thing i will make is the AFDS and Master Caution, Warning switch and sixpack. I still need the right buttons for it!

Hi all,

Here a cockpit update but first of all i want to wish everyone a happy new year.

It has been a while since my last post, but in the mean while i did some work on the pit. I added the Captain side AFDS, Glarewing, a temporary gearlever and an FMC. A great progress for flying the sim.
The panels i had from Opencockpits, also the FMC is from OC but i had it from GLB products and it was allready fully mounted. This was saving me a lot of time and soldering :)
The gear lever is temporary but functional.
I also use the Prosim737 software which is really great, stable and easy to use.

The next thing do to is completing the MIP panel and looking for a Trottle Quadrant.

Hi Corne,

Your cockpit is looking great. I am just about to begin my own cockpit project replicating a 737NG cockpit...I hope mine will look as good as yours!

Again a small update.

I installed the last panels on the MIP so it starts to look real ;)
The OC sixpack of the F/O side costs me 2 evenings of building but it is worth it. I really wanted to have the Recall funtion working so that wasnt that easy to make in the MDF.

Here some pics of how i did it.

Hi everyone,

It has been a long time since my last update. The cockpit is expanded with a FSC TQ Metal version, Ace 737 Yoke Pro version, Engravity CDU and a Engravity gear lever. I love the 737 Yoke the most, this makes flying the sim a lot more realistic.

The next step is to look out for better visuals. Im also looking out for a garage where i can complete the sim.

Here some pics.
