Hi,
Just starting my build of a B738, I am in purchasing mode at the moment, looking at the electronic compnents, knobs, LEDs etc.
Can anyone recommend a tactile switch, similar to the Omron B3F 4050 for use when building MCP, EFIS etc.?
Thanks in advance.
My regards

You might find what you are looking for if you check this site out: http://www.onlinecomponents.com/
It's pretty hard to navigate the page if you ask me, but with patience you'll probably find it.
I stumbled upon this site some time ago when I was googling for Honeywell switches for my overhead panel. They do carry them, and I seem to remember reading something about tactile switches in there somewhere. My biggest problem with the site, is that it is kinda hard to navigate, and when I finally found what I was searching for, they gave me like 10 different options on one single switch.
I'll postpone my search for real life switches until I'm done with everything else. Eye-candy later:)

Why would you want a switch similar to the Omron ? You don't like Omron ? Can't be the price, they're about € 0,10

Hi,
Thanks for your replies.
I have checked out http://www.onlinecomponents.com/ thanks, very interested and have saved as a favourite.
No problem with Omron except I had problems finding a source with a sensible minimum order and sensible carrige charge. All sorted now though.
Just need to start assembling things and hope I end up with something recognisable as a cockpit.
Once again thanks for posting.
My regards
