Where can i download SIOC?

Right then ladies and gents, can't find anywhere where i can download SIOC.
I've just had a friend of mine very kindly wire up a panel for my flight sim and i have the SIOC script but not the program to put it into!

I've searched high and low on the net and can't find the actual download anywhere, just user manuals etc.

I'm hoping someone here can help me out with a quick answer to help get me underway on testing out my new panel!!

FYI: SIOC is from Opencockpits (http://www.opencockpits.com/)
At their website (left of page) there is a downloads menu item....
