when closing the .exe

Hi i’ve the following question. I ‘m building my self a overhead panel and everything works fine. But I was wondering if when closing the SIOC.exe It could also close ( turn off the remaing LED that are on). Because I do that by starting the controlador but that’s not how it should be.
