I have built a generic simpit with 3 monitors using TH2GO & a 4th monitor for the MIP. I would like to know if anyone is running panels on the 4th monitor through a 2nd networked computer using WIDEFS. Most of what I have found here appears to be specific to a type of aircraft. I have read the Project Magenta document & it also appears to run only their own panels.

My objective is to get the MIP off of the main FSX computer (no 2nd video card) to improve frame rates. I already have a 2nd older computer I can use.

I believe WideView can do what I am asking, with buying a 2nd copy of FSX, but I am trying to find if there is another way. :?:

Thanks,
Gene

Gene,
Wideview can only display views, not panels or gauges. To display a panel or gauge on a networked computer you will require third party software that uses WideFS to communicate with the FS host computer.

Grant, thanks for responding. I did manage to find that out elsewhere.
