Certified Flight Sims

Hi guys. Wondering if anyone knows of a good site for certified flight sims for sale (used). I work for a flight school and we are researching this. I'm in Canada so more than likely any FAA certified sims are certified by TC.

My other thought is any schools in the U.S. who are going out of business etc. Many thanks.

Two questions:

1) type or class of aircraft, single engine, light twin, turbo-prop, biz jet, commercial?? and

2) level of FAA certification (FTD level 4-6 or sim class A-D); see FAA pubs ac-120-45a and more recently 14cfr60, App B,

You might want to check the "fine print" , upon resale you may be required to conduct a reinstatement evaluation
