very good job on the MCP and pedestal, but how come people don't use a 747 MCP for a 757/767? Isn't it basically the same? Anyway B763.

Glare installation started. Mip angle is 17 degrees and autopilot 21 degrees. Both vor/dme`s are also ready but paintjob was stil a little bit wet so i`ll put pictures about those later...Next thing what i will do is top of the glare.

Ps. if somebody knows where i can get cpt and fo 757/767 yokes (real ones or sim-yokes) please drom pm for me. Opencockpits has some nice 737 yokes with reasonable prices too, but nono....No 737 parts for 767.....;)

Hello B763.

Some really nice work going on in Finland!

About the yoke - nothing announced yet but check with the ACE people at www.737yoke.com.
I believe they have a very nice 757/767 yoke in the pipeline...

Small update. Today i bought three Fujitsu 22" lcd's. These are going to be placed behind mip . It is not easy to find perfect screens unless you want to play with four lcd's...Sl3220w fits almost perfectly, 30cm high, actual screen dimensions..For other 767 builders, try to find 16:10 scale screens so you dont have to fight with dimensions....Anyway glare winglets are ready and i try to upload some pics soon...

Does somebody have any experience about USB to DVI adapters (including small graphics chip) ? Is it possible to run gauges throught those or is it better to buy Matrox triplehead2go for gauges?

Hi again everybody. Glare is ready now and yesterday i installed display frames. Right now i am working with landing gear lever, gauge frames and doing some research how to do a nice base for whole simulator.

Hi again all :D. The main base is done and painted. Creamy white color looks little bit too bright and green one too light in the picture than in reality.

Hmm what else? I bought Matrox th2go digital edition & Saitek pedals (will be modified to Boeing style) some time ago.

Hello everybody. Two 767 yokes are on order now. I bought from Throttletek http://www.throttletek.com/ and will receive them within next 2-3 weeks. I will upload some detailed pictures and short description when i receive them. Throttletek actions were nice, quick replies to my emails etc..

Hi. Landing gear handle is ready . I only have to attach three microswitches and that`s it. There are three positions (up/off/down) which are selected by spring equipped handle. Landing gear panel what you can see in pictures is not ready yet and is still wearing black silhoutte for machining. Price for materials was ~10 euros.

Hi. Throttletek B767 yokes (cpt & fo) arrived few days ago. I have to say i`am really satisfied with these ones. Quality is good, price is good and everything went really well with the supplier.

Yokes are 100% scale fiberglass replicas, painted, equipped with ap disconnect switch, dual trim switch and push to talk (ptt) button.

So if you are going to make / making 757/767 i really recommend Throttletek.

Hiya all. Some new pics. Glare and pedestal are now in last position, attached to the base. Yoke (s) are not installed yet and both will be much lower what you can see in pics, columns are going to be somewhere near 75-80cm high from the base. Infocus In146 short throw will do the work for visuals now..

Very nice work! Enjoying the updates! I love the way you mounted your glareshield. My last mounting attempt was way to heavy and it shifted a lot when I pressed a button. How stable is your glareshield when you press a button on the MCP?

Hi. I am glad that you like my updates. About glareshield, it is stable and not too heavy (especially the middle part). I donīt want it starts to bend downwards later. The frame is rigid and if you look closely you can see that all longitudinal frame parts are attached way behind main instrument panel and part of the weight is resting on top of the MIP.

I went browsing on your own B777 project. It looks very very good. Very accurate and high-quality work. Keep us informed.
