After installing opencockpits modules mcp/efis/nav/com and after running
for 30-45 mins I get the repeated error message: "Windows socket error.an operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full(10055)on API connect"

I expect the hardware is fine,but can anyone point me in the direction of where to look to fix this,I've tried the system manager size tweak but it did not help unfortunately.

Thanks for any ideas

My system:XP HOME ,6850 core 2(not clocked),gtx 275 896mb ,2gb ram

Hi Jim,

please try the following. In the sioc.ini you have to find the [IOCP CLIENT Modul] chapter and set "YES" at the IOCPclient0_disable.
That should solve your problem.

[************** IOCP CLIENT MODULE #0 ***************]

[ Desactivar el módulo cliente IOCP ]
[ Disable IOCP client module ]
IOCPclient0_disable=Yes

[ IP del servidor donde debe de conectar el cliente ]
[ IOCP client host name ]
IOCPclient0_host=localhost

[ Puerto de envio del protocolo IOCP cliente ]
[ IOCP client port ]
IOCPclient0_port=8090
