I am ready to order the following CP-flight MCP PRO + dual EFIS + MCP&EFIS bracket. My aim is to start using those products, before I order my MIP with my 737 PMDG aircraft. I really don't know yet which MIP I will order. Possibly FDS, possibly FE, why not simulatory. Who knows? I am in the middle of my research and I haven't decided yet. I understand that CP and Fly Engravity are fully compatible, but would the above products be equaly compatible with the rest of the MIPs out there ? We are talking about a 2000 euros investement, and I would not like to make screws if I decide to go to the Canada side, and I wouldn't also want to limit my MIP choises ;)

Thanks in advance,

Nick

You could of course order the EFIS / MCP / EFIS and then mount them without the rack, I have done mine like that, screwing the mounting screws directly into the glare shield.

Here we go, I knew I had a pic somewhere:

The glare shield is not finished. I'll be picking up my second EFIS next week and then I'll finish the GS off and fill up the hole above the EFIS.

Hope that helps.
