I ordered 90 Single Hi-Red 0.40" CC 7-Segment LED Display but... :-( There one hole too wide on the PCBs that i ordered from ROB http://www.rvdijk.nl/pcb.htm. Four of the displays cover up Five display spots on the PCB, does anybody know what Size i need? or where to find some the right size? Grrrrr I have all of these 7 Segment LED Displays but now I cant use them because there all to big!

In each Manual of the PCB´s is a partlist with the right family of Displays.

Sample from the XPNDR PCB:
DIS1 – DIS4 (1) 4 7Segment Display SA 36-11 GWA

That is correct.

As you live in the USA you can find the correct sized Led displays at LC-Led:

So I looked up that part and looks like they should be 0.30" L x 0.55" W x 0.34" H (7.50mm x 14mm x 8.50mm) and the Digit/Alpha Size should be 0.36" (9.14mm)..... Well i hope it is I orderd 120 of them from here DigiKey (http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?WT.z_header=search_go&lang=en&site=us&keywords=67-1417-ND&x=0&y=0)

Please compare the pinning of the Lumex Opto/Components Inc Segments to the Kingbright Segments. It is possible that it is not the same.

I have made those pcb's with the led-display of LC-Led and it was working.
LC-Led is a manufacturer. I still have the pcb's and led displays but I don't use them for now. I bought the nav radios from Opencockpits. The price differenece wasn't worth the pain ;)

Well in Robs list of parts he has listed a Common Anode and what i ordered is a Common Cathode which is what i will be using. And looking at the Data Sheets CA Vs CC and that the Pins are longer on the CC is the only Difference. So im pretty sure it will work now thanks for your help guys. I was like DANG IT the displays wont fit on the board but my parts should be here tomorrow. :p
