Acer TFT 19 monitor, strange problem

Hello everyone,

I have an 19 Acer wide monitor. I have it for 2 years now but it was operational for no more than 50 hours totaly.

When I apply power the screen is working normaly as yo can see from the picture below

Few seconds later the screen is getting all fuzzy as you can see from the pics below

Any ideas why this might happen? I have tryied on different PC and with different cables but no avail.

If you leave the PC running and remove power from the monitor only and then plug it back in what does the display show? Is it normal again and if so how long of a time before it goes bad again? When it goes bad, how long does it take to go from the second picture to the third?

I didn't remove the power but switch off and on again the monitor's power and then the monitor came back to normal like first picture, for some seconds

When it goes bad, how long does it take to go from the second picture to the third?
