where to locate boeing style yoke wheel dimensions

Any body aware of a link to dimensions for a boeing style yoke wheel, I have seen a few dimensions about and know its 13.5 inch across but i am after more detail to try and fabricate one.


welded steel construction and considering finishing with car body filler. not sure what is best option and available locally to finish it.

Thats a good file of info on that link. It answers most of the questions, just not sure about the tilt back at the top.
