A really minor point here, me being picky.
Would there be any merit, when adding multiple files to the file library, like you did today, in posting the notification thread as a sort of bulletin containing all the additions in the one thread?
Reason being, the Recent Thread column on the home page is really well implemented on this site, I use it for almost all of my catching up, the remainder direct from email notifications.
When I logged on today, all the recent threads were New File Added threads, and while this is not a bad thing, I had to go looking through the individual forums to catch up on all the goss.
Like I said, really minor, but you did ask for suggestions!
